1. Booking Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only after receiving the required advance payment.

  • Final details (hotel, vehicle, itinerary) will be shared after confirmation.


2. Payment Policy

  • Advance payment is mandatory to confirm the tour.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before tour start or on arrival, as communicated.

  • Prices are subject to change due to hotel tariffs, transport rates, or government taxes.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges apply from the date of booking.

  • Charges depend on hotels, transport providers, and service partners.

  • No refund for no-show, early departure, or unused services.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days.


4. Changes & Amendments

  • Any changes in dates, hotels, or transport depend on availability.

  • Price may vary if changes are requested after confirmation.

  • TripInVibe reserves the right to modify the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or unavoidable situations.


5. Hotel Policy

  • Hotel check-in and check-out timings are as per hotel rules.

  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and extra charges.

  • Room views, amenities, and categories depend on hotel availability.


6. Transportation

  • Vehicles are provided strictly as per itinerary (not on disposal unless mentioned).

  • AC may not function in hilly areas.

  • TripInVibe is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or vehicle issues beyond control.


7. Sightseeing & Activities

  • Sightseeing is subject to local conditions, weather, and time availability.

  • Entry tickets, adventure activities, and personal expenses are not included unless specified.

  • Some locations may be closed due to government or weather restrictions.


8. Personal Belongings

  • Guests are responsible for their own luggage and valuables.

  • TripInVibe is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal items.


9. Health & Medical

  • Guests must ensure they are medically fit for travel.

  • Any medical emergency or expense during the trip will be borne by the guest.

  • Travel insurance is strongly recommended.


10. Force Majeure

  • TripInVibe is not liable for delays or cancellations due to natural disasters, landslides, strikes, weather conditions, government restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our control.


11. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must follow local laws and respect culture and environment.

  • Any misbehavior, damage to property, or illegal activity may result in tour termination without refund.


12. Refund Policy

  • Refunds depend on service provider policies.

  • Convenience fees and transaction charges are non-refundable.

  • No refund once the tour has started.


13. Liability Disclaimer

  • TripInVibe acts as a travel facilitator and is not responsible for acts or omissions of hotels, transporters, or third-party service providers.

  • We are not liable for accidents, injuries, losses, or delays during the tour.
